Horrendous cramps

I had a miscarriage on the 8th Feb, had a period since then but have been spotting pink for weeks.

Tonight started having horrendous cramps, nothing coming out, but it’s so painful. I have a 7 yo asleep upstairs and I’m a single parent so I’m kinda stuck with what to do.

Have you taken any pain relief?
I'd call 111 if it's still going on after taking painkillers.
Then defo go GP on Monday if you can

Have you any painkillers? If you have Ibuprofen, take 600mg & then in 2 hours if you have paracetamol or co-codamol take 2 tablets. Can you have a hot bath or a hot water bottle or heat pad? Make sure you have a pad on in case you start bleeding, put your pjs on & find something to take your mind off it, watch a movie or read, keep taking the painkillers over the weekend but make sure you don't take too many. Monday morning, ring your GP & get an appointment, stress how much pain you are in.
