To struggle to get back into the swing of things?

Ds 6 has been with ex for 10 days over Easter. I did the week before. He's now back and I'm struggling with getting back into the swing of parenting! School runs, bed times etc. 10 days is the longest I have been without him so it was strange

Same! Mine were with their dad a week and whilst I was happy to see them, I was a funk for a few days after they came back.

Love them, but realised the day to day effort of what sounds like simple things ie school runs is massive.

No wonder his dad doesn't do it alot lol.
