AIBU to ask you where to go on holiday this summer?

Shamelessly posting here for traffic.

Looking to book a holiday for family of 4 (DC 8 and 5) at end of August for a week. I’m lacking in inspiration and in energy for research.

Anyone fancy giving me some recommendations?

Looking for:

1. Europe/short haul
2. budget of around £5k
3. good weather - hot but not too hot (know that’s impossible to guarantee in these times)
4. hotel or apart hotel (not villa or self catering)
5. family friendly with pools/activities

we went to Puerto pollensa in Mallorca last year which we enjoyed.

had been looking at Sardinia if anyone has reviews!

Caleta de Fuste in Fuerteventura is a 4 hour flight but only 15 minutes from the airport, the Barcelo is there is particularly nice. Good breeze makes it feel not too warm.

Kalkan in Turkey is beautiful but pricey.

Carvoeiro in Portugal is a lovely beach resort to, the Tivoli there is a good shout.

In 3 weeks we are going Tenerife (1st time to Canary Isles) but we’ve got a pool villa inside an all inclusive resort, within budget when we booked and 15 mins from airport. Really excited 😊

Where is this please? We've been looking for resorts with villas but finding it hard to find.

Cyprus? I'm taking my kids there this summer, haven't been there before but it ticks all my boxes for flights, weather, activities and budget!
