I’m taking exams for work and I get one study day and the day of the exam off and paid for. I self study.
Colleague is doing the exact same exams however she does it through a college. She therefore gets two study days (per exam) and the exam day off.
We’ll be sitting 8 exams per year so she’ll be having 16 days to study (which works out at 3 weeks and I’ll get 1 week) and I’ll only get 8. Just seems unfair as it’s really draining to work full time and then use your free time to study.
