I am not happy in my job. I work for a charity and am pair 35k a year but it only just covers everything. The team morale is awful and there are no pay increments this year. We're all being asked to do our mid year reviews and it just feels pointless as they determine whether we get an increment or not.
I'm searching and applying for jobs but it's so frustrating. So many jobs don't put the salary on there (why?!). There are so many jobs which are volunteer roles that are 37 hours a week. The jobs I'm qualified for show as having 300+ applicants on LinkedIn.
Does anyone have any tips for job searching?
