Very quick question!
I have a shared wall with a neighbour that leans in to my garden, needs repainting and has loose bricks and loose paving slabs on top.
Ive asked neighbour to share costs of repainting but they say definitely not and they say they've had an engineer check the wall who said its good for another 50 years!
AIBU to be annoyed at being fobbed off?How can they assess by only checking one side?
A relatives kid died when a wall fell on them so I could be over thinking ..🤔
