I had an email from Debenhams there is 60% etc. But the original prices are inflated by big amount that it's almost unbelievable that this discount is genuine.

Who knows whether they ever sold at the higher price, but if you want a dish drainer and £16.99 is a price you are happy to pay, then buy it. If not, then don't.

I think they have to offer at the higher price for at least 28 days within the last 6 months to then be able to "discount" it, so either than product has been at the ridiculous price for 28 days, or they're cheating the system.

Are there really people stupid enough to think that a drainage rack cost £113.33 previously?!?!

But then again, people use companies like Wowcher, which are actually selling you a voucher to exchange for something, not the thing you want, and if you actually do a bit of searching, you can pretty much always find what you're about to buy for the same price by buying direct!

In at least one shop. It could have been cheaper that the current offer deal in all the others.
