Currently staring at a hotel in Munich (not cheap, 3nights almost £900)
We seem to have the problem room!
aircon doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work, fridge doesn’t work & bathroom door doesn’t close.
The staff at front desk have given us a fan, but that’s all they can do.
Im not usually a complainer, but I am a bit miffed that nothing in the room works!
Would I be unreasonable to ask for a partial refund?
