Ex messing me around

I'm in family courts atm. Have been for years. Ex was abusive, police involvement, was really awful. He had to do a perpetrator programme before seeing DS. He didn't see him for 4 years prior to this. A family member does handovers for me and is happy to do this as she gets to see lots of DS. He was initially seeing him in a contact centre. Cafcass recommended going up on hourly increments from 1 hr to 7 hours. I suggested going up two hourly to make the transition easier for DS abs he agreed. Cafcass said he was delighted with this. Turned up for contact and he claimed to have no knowledge so I had to cancel my plans and ended up going up 1 hour a week. Last night he had his first overnight, was arranged for 10am yesterday to 5pm today. All fine. Family member went to drop him off yesterday. Said see you tomorrow at 5, at which point he said 'no I need to leave at 2:30.' I told family member in advance to say no but understand it was hard for her to do that so she agreed. He's now being dropped back to me early.

How do I deal with this through the courts? I'm so fed up.

You can't force him to see his child longer than he wants to. I'd keep a note of it and then does the decision get reviewed at any point? Is this even worth it for your child?

Honestly you have done enough .
can you just stopped contact or say no to anything more than bare minimum ?

You need to use a court approved co parenting App so when he pulls this shit it can be presented to the court.

Is there anyway Ex can drop & collect to handover person?

The person doing the handover needs to say "I have to go with what is agreed on the app" and stick to it.
