New 17YO driver and late night driving

AIBU to think that it’s reasonable to impose a late night curfew on driving/having teenage passengers at this age?

What time would you say is reasonable to expect teens to be back home with their car?

(they aren’t driving for work or anything - they just want to be out driving around late at night!)

YANBU - I’m the same with my DD, I think that 11pm is a reasonable car curfew time

Thank you. When I was that age there were 3 major car accidents in our year group - 2 fatal and the other resulting in a broken back and my friend having to repeat her final year. All happened at night in cars driven by teenagers. So that may be skewing my view a bit.
