I need a serious health and fitness revamp. Thinking this might be the solution. Anyone tried it?

Fun and quite challenging for a beginner! My gym doesn’t do them anymore but I used to love body pump and body balance, they were great.
Give it a go, take water!

I used to love Les Mills classes, they’re really fun workouts!

I LOVE Body Step. It's like Body Attack on a step and the only thing that keeps my weight down

I'm glad I posted. It's too soon for me to think I could manage this.

I have a les mills on demand subscription….. it’s worth every penny
Step and attack (aerobics) are quite challenging if you’re just starting out but you can tailor the workout to your ability. There are always options including not actually using the step to begin with to learn the moves.
Try Tone (multi functional )or 30/45 minute body combat to get started.
Other programmes are Pump (weights), Core, balance (Yoga/meditation) barre (ballet inspired), grit (HIT)
Good luck 🤞🏻
