To feel like I can't wait for the school holidays to end....

I feel bad saying this but I really don't like the school holidays very much anymore...

There us the odd nice time spent taking my two girls (7&2.5) out somewhere, but the rest of it is just spent trying to juggle caring for them with working (do have childcare but not for the whole time) and then on my days off it's spent tidying up mess, after mess, after mess. And trying to fit in housework. And trying to give them some time doing activities and play with me when I feel calm and positive and motivated enough to do so.

Today, I've spent literally the whole morning tidying up and doing housework.
They've been arguing and fighting and making mess since half 7 this morning.
I'm tired and stressed and every little thing is annoying me this week.
2yo has had a constant runny nose all week (having already been ill for several weeks before that) and I know she can't help that by any means, but it's relentless as she is so whingy and clingy and I am constantly having to wipe her nose and change her snotty tops.7yo isn't listening and keeps pulling stuff out and not tidying it up before other stuff (I do try to make her put one thing away before getting out another, but she does it whilst my back is turned)
Both keep fighting physically, especially the youngest pinching, biting, hitting....7yo comes to me complaining about it but then i her encouraging it and winding up 2yo! Or doing it back.
I love them to bits but every holiday seems to be getting more stressful as they get older :( I am really looking forward to having a break next week when they return to school and the childminders!
