Just reading about forged stamps 'flooding the market' and it reminded me that months ago, I sent off a few, old first class stamps to be replaced with the new, bar coded stamps. Printed off the forms and posted them as per instructions, but here we are, months later and no replacements received. Just wondering if I am alone in slipping through the system, or are there loads of people who have sent off a few, and as its low value, mine was only 2 or 3 quids worth, just forgotten about it.
