It will be my first time selling at an NCT sale, and I need advice.

Should I sell at prices that can be found on Facebook marketplace, or cheaper?

I have a pram and next to me, in good condition, what is the maximum I should sell these?

Also, clothes, what prices should I sell these at?

They are asking for 25% commission, is this normal?

25% is loads why not sell on Facebook market place where you keep it all?

I don't really like random people coming to my house. I don't mind buying from FB marketplace, but I don't like selling there. I once had someone trying to scam me

I used to sell a lot at NCT sales, but it was before FB marketplace had really taken off. They are helpful for selling a lot at once. Insert to price stuff to sell, because I really didn't want to bring it all home again. I'd go no higher than FB Marketplace prices.

Branches local to me take 30% commission but 15% for sellers who volunteer to help at the sale on the day.
Price kindly. You don’t know what other people will be bringing and if there is a choice of items, price will be a factor.
