So apparently there is some series of lantern festival that have been organised and now everybody who has bought tickets are worried that it is a Glasgow Wonka style scam and they are going to lose their money etc.
Given these things are a well publicised environmental nuisance, awful for wildlife and have started all sorts of fires I am left wondering who on earth would actually want to go to such an awful event, and really struggling to find any sympathy if it is actually a scam. I kind of hope it is and it teaches all of these people a lesson.
