To not eat the food?

I ordered a takeaway and it was taking ages so I rang the restaurant and they said the food was ready but there’s no driver. TWO hours later it’s delivered and it’s freezing cold. Surely that’s not hygienic to send food that’s been cooked and left out for that long?

Fast food just doesn’t seem to exist these days does it.

Depends what temperature it was left at. I would send it back though. If I wanted something cold I would have had a salad. There's no way I would have waited 2 hours though, I would have cancelled.

Well yes obviously I would have cancelled but there’s no option to through the app and the restaurant can’t cancel it their side as it was placed through JustEat.

I would complain through Justeat, but I would also just heat it up and eat it.
