Ingrown nail?

Infected ingrown toenail by the looks of things.

Looks like an ingrown nail and you need to see a GP for some ointment

It's ingrown, infected, and you're starting with a granuloma. An operation was the only thing that sorted it out for me. I had to go private because it was mid-covid and the GPs weren't doing minor things like that, but they were very good and fixed it quickly.
