So a distant relative has had breast cancer and it's come back aggressively in other areas. She is just turned 50 and is receiving treatment.
I want to be supportive but not intrusive. We are friendly in a sit together at family gatherings way but not much contact between.
Basically treading on egg shells now.
What's helpful and probably more importantly, what's not.
Most likely to see her in July, do I try to see her sooner, send a card, approach her or her relatives?
And I'm really sorry for all of you that have also been down this path.
