The person who has bought the item has no profile or reviews, what if they're a weirdo?

If it gets lost in the post it will be returned to you rather than gone for good

BitchImTheSecretIngredient · 08/04/2024 20:30

I never put my address on tbh

xyz111 · 08/04/2024 20:39

It could be their first purchase. Not sure what you think they'll do with your address?

TipsyKoala · 08/04/2024 20:41

I never do. If you post using their courier service the courier should have your return address anyway.

The option coming up for me is Yodel. It's an item with breastfeeding access that's why I'm worried it could be a weirdo! It's the first thing I've sold! Yodel makes me enter my address before they'll let me print a label!

@peachesarenom

Usually your details as a seller are embedded in the barcode so the parcel can be returned to you if need be.

When you print the label at the parcelshop you can look to see what it shows.

I think the only one I have seen a sellers address on is inpost delivery to home, which is delivered by Royal mail.

The only other options would be for you to either cancel the transaction and ask them to buy using evri - which does not show a return address or cancel and block them - you risk negative feedback though for both these options.

Print the label and then cross our your address with marker pen or edit the label on something like word or paint and then print off!
