Issue with ApplePay / Tide bank account

Can anyone offer any advice? I had two declined notifications by my bank account sent to me on my phone (by Tide/mastercard) I called them and confirmed they weren’t me and they assured me the money wouldn’t be taken out of my account and they cancelled my card and issued a new one to be safe. However, the following day the money was taken out of my account. I called them, they confirmed they were ApplePay and only I could make the transactions (as my phone/card/details hadn’t been stolen nor had I given them to anyone) I am fighting to get my money back, as I was in Kent at an appointment at the time of the declined transactions (which I can prove, but they haven’t asked for evidence) the transactions took place in London (it’s 2 hours away from me) they won’t take this into account and I am now out of pocket/overdrawn. I have filed an issue with the financial ombudsman. Does anyone know what else I can do to get my money back? Thanks in advance
