I have been waiting on a parcel which has been tracked to be in my local depot since the middle of last week. The tracking never updated. I used the online chat to find out what is going on and they said that my parcel had been put on "hold" and it had been done from my end. I never put it on hold. They now claim it will be out for delivery tomorrow. Has anyone else had Yodel claim that you have put a delivery on hold when you haven't?
