To use Milton wipes on pumping equipment?

I’ve only got one haakaa which I use at night, usually 2-3 times. I’m going down to wash it in between each time (sterilise once a day). Would it be ok to clean with Milton wipes to save me going downstairs inbetween…?

Breast milk can stay out of the fridge 6hrs, I used the lansinoh version of the Hakka which had a lid, would just keep reattaching through the night and empty& clean it in the morning. Washing it out every feed must be exhausting!

You also don't need to sterilise bf equipment, lots of countries advise you can just use hot soapy water and give it a good wash as it doesn't harbour bacteria in the same way formula can. I did sterilise for the first few months though and gave up around 6m as she was crawling and licking the floor at that point 😂

Sorry, in answer to your actual question Milton wipes would probably be fine- they're advertised as safe for dummies so safe to ingest traces of

@peachybee thank you!! Yes I have read about not needing to sterilise with breastmilk, I can’t see myself keeping up with it too much longer tbh!!
