My neighbour of seven years is a pain in the butt.
Complete racist "oh it's good you are white" to being noisy "who did you have over last night" to just being annoying. She's had numerous street parties and not invited her neighbours - DJ until 11pm and bouncy castle in the street etc
Neighbour leaves her bins outside her side door, on public path. It's not going to bother anyone because I don't use my back gate (at the moment) but shall I report her to the bin police? They will make her take her bins inside her own property.
