I have 2 weeks post op where I have to be on bed rest and I'm trying to work out how to use it best. My mental attitude has been really shitty lately- I'm grumpy and over touched and feeling let down- so I was thinking as I can't move maybe I can do some major work on my mental health. I basically can't stand up except for essential stuff like going to the loo so I can't imagine I'm going to feel extra positive anyway.
Any suggestions for ways to 1) relieve the boredom without too much TV 2) emerge a little more positive at the end of it.
I basically snapped at everyone for the past 2 days and just want to be left alone. So I just need to find out how to be kinder and work out what is bugging me in life.
