Next year I turn 40 and I've seen a few mentions on various threads of how women my age should start doing some strength training.
I don't currently want to join a gym as I already have a swim membership ship at a leisure centre so I swim/do aqua aerobics a couple of times a week.
What activities/YouTube channels etc can people recommend that I can do at home. I'm happy to buy a few pieces of equipment as long as they don't take up too much space. Thanks
