We are having a restructure atm but they aren’t calling it that.
I have invited the Union to
the end of our team meeting and asked the managers to leave when the rep is there to answer our questions.
One manager who has severe control issues has told a younger colleague that she must leave then too as she doesn’t belong to this particular Union (she belongs to another) as she may look like a trouble maker.
Am I correct in thinking this is absolute bollocks?
