First date seemed to go well, said he wanted to do it again. Texted a little after I got back and it was all pleasantries.
Tried to be brave by asking the next day if he fancied meeting up the following week (I had a busy few days but I said let me know if you're free some time after that)
He said that'd be great, he was working extra that week so he'd tell me asap. (Neither of us work weekends and no children etc)
I left it there, waited several days for him to get back to me, nothing.
Sent a casual text asking how his work was going. Met with a polite reply that took him 24h to reply to, zero mention of meeting up again. Never took that long before.
It's clear he's not interested, is it. This is his way of brushing me off.
