Apologies if a thread already on here. This story has really affected me. I have been SA as a child and reading this has really triggered me as it’s about a woman whose a safeguarding lead. How can we trust anyone around our kids? I don’t want to get too paranoid but people described her as lovely and hardworking. How can you tell if anyone has bad intentions towards children. It’s horrible.

Female deputy head is banned from teaching for life

Female deputy head Julie Morris, now 46, who giggled as she abused a child aged under 13, has been banned from teaching for life after she and her partner abused and raped a child.

Truly awful. I can relate to how you are feeling. I have fallen down a bit of a rabbit hole after reading Charles Spencer’s new book about his experiences at boarding school and it’s just so heartbreaking to think children are being abused by people who are being trusted with their care. It’s not new or a surprise but that makes it even worse.

That’s horrendous! Even the fact that she sent pictures of children from her school to her boyfriend is beyond comprehension never mind the rest.
