Uncomfortable chair

So i had hair extensions done that took 4 and half hours . I like results but my back is in pain and i was in absolute agony sitting in that chair .

It's as hard as a brick , feels like it's falling apart , makes terrible sounds when you try and adjust yourself there . ( she has a shed in her garden and does hair there. it's not like a high street salon )

Now i will need to come for maintenance in few months but im still in pain after that torture of sitting for 4 and half hours there . it was hell and my lower back is still in pain .

Can i ask her to get new chair or if she has more comfortable chair or that's rude ? but i will have to tell her im not coming for maintenance because i cant go through that again and my back is important to me .

What would you do / say ? TIA

Do you think taking a cushion with you would help? If not, you'll have to tell her the reason you can't go back. Then, maybe she'll invest in a better chair.
