Non blanching rash

I have a non blanching rash on my legs but feel fine besides a backache (probably from lifting a dooner out the car).

I was poorly last week with a sore throat and cold chills but got better on my own.

is it worth a trip to a&e today or am I being a hypochondriac?

I would just get checked out. Phone 111 for advice on where to get seen.

A & E? What's the emergency? You will probably be triaged to a 5 or 6 hour wait, along with everyone else who shouldn't be there.
