to ask about a name change?

I'd like to know about name changes, and if I change because I want to ask a very personal question on the health board, can I then change back to my current name, or do I then become my new name? If someone DMs me and I've changed name, but I don't change back, do I lose the DMs? Thank you :)

You can name change as much as you like. Once you've registered the name, it's yours. And you can change between them when you need to.
