Just posting here for traffic.

I'll preface this by saying I definitely have health anxiety - not diagnosed but it's a lifelong worry and I generally avoid doctors where I can because I'm worried ill get bad news. Not logical I know.

But the last week or so I've started having lower back pain, not crippling or bad enough to stop things but definitely there. Felt like period back pain. I'm mid cycle though. Then I had 2 days of about 7/8 bowel movements. Not diarrhoea- 4 on the Bristol chart.

Then the last two days I've had a real heaviness in my pelvic area. It's worse when I need a poo or wee. I feel like im constipated but have been to the toilet and poos look soft, well formed and an ok size. It also hurts to strain in the pelvic area.

There's low level pain in that general region across just above where the pubic bone is. Goes across from hip to hip so not localised really. I've prodded around and it worsens with pressure and increases the need for a poo but nothing comes out. When I have a poo and there pressure is less and its less painful for a bit but then comes back.

I'm 35, I am morbidly obese. I don't have any other health conditions I know of. I have had 2 c sections, the second was complicated by the discovery that my bladder had fused to my uterus with scar tissue so they had to be separated and I think the surgeon said it was silver guaze or something he was using to keep them apart. That was 5 years ago though and no issues since.

Doesn't hurt to wee but last night while reading to dd I felt like I needed a wee and the urgency turned into a burning sensation but no burning when weeing if that makes sense. It hasn't happened before or since.

I don't feel hot, do feel tired and have zero appetite. I know no one can diagnose but if anyone could tell me what is likely to happen at the GP I'd really appreciate it. Or if anyone has had similar what the outcome was?
