My house is valued at £325K. I want to sell and move to a nicer area.
All I can afford is a house the exact same price once my mortgage has been taken off the sale price and I have to get a new mortgage.
It’s so difficult on your own. I have an ok salary of £38K but that’s nothing compared to an income of two people.
My house will likely never increase in value more than it has done. I just feel so stuck.
