Went to the fish and chip shop today with my toddler. Its been taken over by new people. I was stood waiting to order for ages whilst the staff were stood chatting. One staff member then asked what I wanted and whilst I was speaking just turned round and walked away and started doing something,out of ear shot when I was mid sentence. I said excuse me and she just turned and gave me a really filthy look. I ordered a kids meal of sausage, chips and beans and said would it be ok to have the beans separate please. She snapped back ‘they always come in pots’ really sharp and abrupt and rolled her eyes. I said ok that’s fine, I was just checking as last time the beans came on top of the the chips and sausage and they didn’t do it as a separate kids meal. She just tutted and let out a massive sigh and said ‘they would have done it as a kids meal but they probably didn’t want to as they’re TWATS’ and then flung the food at me. (talking about the previous owners. She said it really loud and infront of my 3 year old. Aibu to think she was out of order and terrible customer service.
