To ask what is this on the back of my calf? Scabies?

Have it no where else but the back of my calf. Not itchy but quite sore. Does it look like scabies?

Looks like spider bites

I don’t think that is scabies but I could be wrong. Do keep an eye on it though to watch if the redness spreads. You might need an antibiotic for it.

Scabies is the itch sent from the depths of hell, so if it's not itching I doubt it is scabies. Keep an eye on it and see if things progress. Keep it clean though. They look like bites to me.
