I saw a thread yesterday that has prompted me to do this. Basically it was about how her personality changes when she has had a drink, this also happens to me. Should I be worried? It affects me in a negative way

How much are you drinking?

Lulemon90 · 26/03/2024 18:55

Maximum 2-3 glasses of wine 3 times
per week

Depending on how large those glasses actually are, you could be drinking three bottles a week, nearly 30 units, that's a lot. But even if it's far less, if it's changing your personality, that's a dark road to be on. Do you want to change it?

No, I like my personality, I just don’t understand how it can change so much?

Why is it a dark road to be on? What does it mean?

If drinking affects you in a negative way, why are you doing it?

I personally thought alcohol affects most people this way?

Woodworm2020 · 26/03/2024 19:35

Just don’t drink wine, or stop drinking - it’s not worth it if you’re sensitive to it. When I was younger I found that vodka made me very angry so stopped drinking it.
Alternatively, are you on medication or taking anything that could be interacting with the wine?
You seen a bit shaken by this? How long has it been going on for?

I haven’t done since, I’m too scared.
