… and the fact that people are told to be grateful if they earn above the average pay that it just means expectations are lessened.
Imagine telling the CEO of Sainsbury’s to live on minimum wage? They wouldn’t work for that.
And having worked in a competitive and male dominated industry, I can definitively say that people are being paid hundreds of thousands to do very little.
I honestly think this ‘race to the bottom’ - which we see on here all the time - is a massive problem. Anyone else?
