What’s wrong with my legs?

I’m 35.
For the last two weeks or more I have had this terrible pain in the calf muscles in both legs. It seems to be isolated to calf muscles. It's the kind of pain you get when you haven't used your legs in awhile, then you do some kind of activity to cause spasms but constant never ending. The pain does not vary if I am walking, sitting, or laying in bed.

My Achilles tendon is sore on both sides too.

All of them are sore to the touch, as well as sore when moving. But this morning my Achilles tendon was aching when laying in bed and I couldn’t get back to sleep.

Go see an osteopath?

What are the symptoms of vitamin D deficiency?

  • Muscle pain.
  • Bone pain.
  • Increased sensitivity to pain.
  • A tingly, “pins-and-needles” sensation in the hands or feet.
  • Muscle weakness in body parts near the trunk of the body, such as the upper arms or thighs.
  • Waddling while walking, due to muscle weakness in the hips or legs.

We need to take supplements throughout the winter months otherwise we become deficient. Get some cheap ones from the supermarket, takes at least a month to see a difference imo.

I take a vitamin D3 everyday and have been for two years. Even during summer months.
