To think this payment has not gone through?

More of a quick question really.

I have been grocery shopping and paid by debit card via Google Pay; got the notification of payment on my phone and issued a receipt with payment details on it. i can see the transaction in google pay. But the transaction has not been taken from my card. Its not a small amount (over £100).

Should I phone customer services or is it just delayed? Normally my balance is updated straight away with debit card payments :/

Thanks @AhBiscuits its not even showing as pending on the card account itself ie lets say the balance was £200 pre shop, normally it would have frozen the £100 payment so £100 is available. The pre shop balance is still showing as available. Does this happen to you as well? I am fairly new to google pay-about 6 months-but this has never happened before.
