I just quit Instagram and now I don’t know what to do with my life

Just this really. On AIBU for traffic. Very lighthearted. Please add some suggestions for how I can spend my life now that I have quit social media.

so far I have come up with:

watch paint dry
eat chocolate or popcorn while I watch paint dry
pay attention to my family
take up a hobby like cross stitching or something else I can do while watching paint dry

I’m reading a lot of books lately. But I also like to go on the internet and talk about them so really not sure if that would work without social media.

I could start by reading the books to see if that is enough for me. Is good reads any good for discussing books?

Learn something; Piano, French, Martial Arts. At least you'll have achieved something with all the time.
