Next day delivery

If you buy something and pay extra for next day delivery and it doesn’t arrive next day is it reasonable to ask for a refund on the postage?

I always have done, and have always received it back.

I think you can legally insist on it.. If they've told you tomorrow, and it's not, you've a right to ask for it back.

Thanks both, as soon as I saw it was royal mail l knew I wouldn't be getting it today 😒 paid £6.99 for NDD as it was free otherwise
