Can some other knowledgeable woman out there please help?

I constantly get thrush. Or if no signs of thrush, still itchy!

The past 3 months especially have been really bad.

Can someone please help? It's stressing me out so much now.

The tablets don't work for me, I have to use a pessary
When mine was bad the GP gave me 6 and said use one every month for 6 months and that got rid

I used to suffer terribly but then realised triggers - ie processed fruit juice / white bread and Nutella SadSadSadSad

See your GP.

I did last year, they checked it was thrush, did a blood test for diabetes and gave me a six month course of Fluconazole, which seemed a bit of a nuclear option, but fingers crossed it's sorted my problem.

Canesflor probiotics - you can buy them in boots or on amazon. They worked miracles for me during my IVF treatment when the extra hormones meant I couldn't get rid of thrush for months.

@ScrummyDiva2 we've done that too with just the tablet.

@tallwivglasses every day? I do have some but tend to just take 1-2 a week.

Every day, yes.

@tallwivglasses I'll start taking them every day and see if it helps.

I'm so naive - I couldn't figure out if there was some sort of health negative to taking them every day Blush
