AiBU to worry about catching the next cold with how many bugs seem to be going around?

I know myself it’s silly but with how many horrible bugs seem to be going around, and I seem to catch most of them, I’m starting to worry about when I ll catch the next one and to not want to plan too much because I’m bound to catch something at the most inconvenient time! How does everyone else not get paranoid about how many colds or bugs they are catching?

Unless you’re going to hide yourself away in a cave you simply cannot control this.

why worry about something until it’s happened?

eat your fruit and veg, drink your water, exercise and take your vitamins. There’s nothing more you can do to help yourself.

I know you are completely right. There just seem to be so many more annoying viruses around nowadays.

Please don't worry about things that haven't happened.

Do you find it frustrating @Louu247 ? How do you manage to not let it get you down?

Since January I have had pneumonia, sickness bug, trapped nerve in shoulder, pillows found in gallbladder so have to have that removed on 4th April, and now I am bed bound with some sort of stomach bug. Had all bloods done and all are fine! It is really getting me down, in fact I’m that terrified of catching anything else my anxiety is always through the roof! X
