I have heard such mixed reviews as to the personal trainer but it can’t be denied he gets results! Any personal experiences?

It’s the sort of diet / coaching programme where you get out what you’re willing to put in. It’s structured and regimented and if you stick at it, you’ll lose weight and get fit and toned: he’s very clear in all his promotional material that it doesn’t reward slackers. The diet is nutrient dense but doesn’t leave a lot of space for “cheat days” more than once in a while. It’s more or less what I follow when I’m training - though my PT isn’t Scott Francis!

People who like the idea of e.g. Slimming World and Weight Watchers type programmes and / or people who want to lose weight without having to exercise probably won’t get on with it unless they change their mindset.

Than you for your reply. Can I ask what kind of diet it is you follow? That’s the thing I’m struggling to understand. You saynutrient dense is it low cal but natural stuff?
