So DW, DS and myself are off on holiday next weekend. It’s a ski holiday and DS has his own skis so luggage is tight. We thought we could get away with it using our two small cases as carry on but it turns out they’re 3cm too wide for this airline!!
I have suggested we either pay for another checked in bag or buy some new cabin bags. Both of which are a tiny sum compared to what we have paid for the trio. But DW is insistent that we don’t pay anymore and instead is suggesting we massively reduce what we bring and find a laundrette on holiday. It feels like it’s her principle -‘this is our luggage allowance so we have to make it work’
I want a few nicer clothes for the evenings and don’t want to spend my holiday trapsing to a laundrette and doing washing
