To ask for the best model of robot hoover you've had

We've had two. One super cheap, excellent at the job, from Amazon. Broke. Replacement sent. Excellent for 2 more months. Broke. Replacement sent. Excellent for 4 months. Broke. Gave up on cheap model. Was around £120 on offer I believe.

Bought another model. £380. Not as good as hoovering. Claimed to mop as well. It effectively dragged akin to a wet nappy around, more smearing the floor than cleaning it. Sent it back.

Help please! What's the worst one you've had and would not recommend/What's the best one you've owned and would buy again tomorrow?

Thank you.

I love my xiaomi- however have never used the mop on it. Only the hoover.

L'efant was excellent. My current Eufy is pretty poor in comparison.

Roomba all the way.

We have the eufy x8 and very pleased with it. We have mostly hard floors but it has a good bash at carpeted areas too although not enough for me to give up our main hoover. I consider it more of a maintenance tool than a deep clean tool.

It doesn't mop but I believe eufy have a new model that does but decided to leave others to try that and if reviews are good may upgrade to that in a few years.

Shame no one has invented one to hoover the stairs yet!

Sorry, should point out, all hard floors as only use downstairs.

I suppose one good for carpets too might be nice, never really though about using it upstairs ever.

Another vote for the Eufy. it’s amazing on hard floors.

My mother’s is over ten years old and still going strong. We replaced the battery and brushes with generics from Amazon a year ago and it is good as new.
