Nothing, but nothing will work.
Ageing is a process, unreverseable, unstoppable.
Sure, a cream may claim to contain x, y and z, but while a very temporary 'plump' will occur, this is just a local reaction.
If such creams relaced collagen, chronic wound healing would not be the challenge it is.
Same with anti-wrinkle devices. What do you think they are doing to the anatomy and physiology of your skin and underlying tissue? Well, they ain't making anyone look younger
But of course, people can believe what they want to believe...

I think you'd be better saving up and getting laser treatment done at a reputable consultant-led clinic. There are lots of new gentle lasers around now such as Picoway that don't cause any damage to the skin but give real results.
