Things she has done
- came to house at weekend with a cold (didn’t tell us this in advance) and was hysterical - running around rooms to show she couldn’t stand near anyone, crying hysterically that she couldn’t be near her grandson (I’m now ill with cold!)
- Set up a group chat with people she knew and I’d never met when I told her I was pregnant and shared my private medical conditions that meant it was a high risk pregnancy
- cried when she there wasn’t much she could contribute to wedding planning because the venue already sorted everything for my marriage to her son
- makes sure everyone is with her on her birthday, spends crazy sums of money…yet she hardly bothers with her son’s (my husband)
There’s more…a lot of it involves her randomly crying for no reason.
just being near her makes me anxious, don’t know how to handle her.
