Go home. You can take paracetomol - it's one of the few things you can take.
Go home. Lie down with a rather warm but not very hot, hot water bottle at the back of your head/neck. It will help dilate the blood vessels to your head and ease the pain

go home and have a snooze. you'll be bugger all use there anyway if you are feeling so bad!

Don't want to worry you, but I had migraines from week 11 to week 18 when I was pregnant with DS1 - first and only time in my life.
