Arguing in the family after death

Everyone seems to be falling out , snapping at each other and arguing. I know emotions are high but it’s making it hard to deal with. No one is talking to each other about it, just silence and then if something is said turns into a big argument and getting at each other about small irrelevant things. Don’t feel I can cope and don’t know how to get through this

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Could you all take some time to yourself? If the immediate arrangements have been made, then I'd highly suggest a break.

I'm sorry for your loss. It sounds as though everyone needs space to process things. You've all been waiting for the inevitable, but when it finally happens, even when you all knew it was coming, it can still be a massive shock. The worst you knew was coming actually has. I know how hard it is.

Do you all have your own homes to be in?

People react in different ways , some will want to get stuff organised for the funeral , some will want to talk about memories , some will need quiet and peace - do what you need to do for you

Are they all in your house? I'd say you want a day of peace
